I was nervous they'd look too shiny or fake, but the solid black surface with no limbal ring gives such a flat, eerie finish that my costume photos came out perfectly. They're comfortable enough for a full convention day, too.

My eyes look completely solid black in photos now, which is exactly the dramatic effect I wanted for my costume. The opaque coverage is total so my natural eye color doesn't peek through at all, and they're comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a convention.
